HAB - Happily Busy - is a modern corporate app, not used for work purposes but for fun and entertainment. You could be rewarded as employee of the week, month, or year by participating in themed games and multiple-choice quizzes to earn points and win prizes.

Corporate Social Network

With HAB you will discover that, outside of the work environment, your colleagues and even high-level managers, can hide a funny side behind their formal behavior. “Happily Busy” will also allow you to get in touch with colleagues living and working in distant locations and to strengthen the sense of belonging to a large corporate family.

More than a Social Network

In addition to the classic functions of a social network (likes, posts, stories, followers…) there will also be competitions (with real-time notifications), that will allow you to challenge colleagues with 5 minutes (the time to dink a coffee) timed and multiple-choice questions about the work sector. The matches may involve just your colleagues and you or entire departments.
Right answers will allow you to collect points and to increase the chance to win prizes.

Help among colleagues

HAB will also give the opportunity to make donations to colleagues on their birthdays or on happy occasions (weddings, promotions, birth of children, bachelor parties...) and on sad ones too. Donations will also be made for charity purposes, in order to help humanitarians, environmental, volunteer and no-profits associations. The company can thus make ZERO costs donations thanks to direct help from its employees.

About us

Roberto Noseda

Founder

Since I was a child I have always been fascinated by art and fashion. I am thrilled by the idea of being able to understand the thoughts and vision of an artist through his creation, whether it is a sculpture, a painting, or a piece of clothing. This artistic sensitivity has made me an extremely creative person, and I have made creativity my job. Over the years I have had the pleasure and honor of working with established designers who have taught me to appreciate what I create because work is nothing but the expression and realization of an idea through something tangible.

I will always remember when one evening, at a dinner in Dubai, Philippe Plein told me that there was no designer in the world capable of materializing his ideas better than I did.

That was the moment when I realized I was ready, that it was time to express myself and work on my ideas, not on those of others.

That's how HAB was born: the realization of my dream.
And hold on tight... I dream big!

I took my first steps programming video games in Basic with a “Commodore 64” inherited from my brothers. In middle school, I pressed to get my first PC. During those years I ventured on the Internet, a totally different experience from today, and I began my classical high school studies. In this perios, I published my first online portal with a series of useful links. Then, I moved to Milan and studied Engineering at the Polytechnic where I started using the internet to manage my PR group at the most popular Milan nightlife spots and to create a web radio to entertain my colleagues.

After graduating in Engineering, I joined the Mediobanca group. An experience of about 10 years, that took me from intern to Resource Manager reporting directly to the Operations Director.

In 2017, I left Mediobanca and founded a technology startup with the mission of helping companies enter the geography of the internet and bring innovation to their processes. Helped and supported by a team of wonderful collaborators, we design, produce, and bring innovation to any organization. Innovation is a way of being for me. It is the desire to season a process or project with ingenuity, creativity, and culture.
